Most launchpads are designed to reward creators through trading activity. @RebateLaunch is taking a different approach by changing where that value actually goes. The difference becomes much clearer when you compare their fee structures, buyer incentives, and holder rewards. Here’s what makes Rebate Pad stand apart. 1. Where Does the Trading Revenue Go? Traditional launchpads generally give creators a significant share of trading fees. As volume increases, creators continue generating revenue from ongoing activity. Rebate Pad follows a different distribution model: • The 0.7% platform fee supports robinhood:0xb7ff57631b97000d950236ef63bd463da5beba7e burns and the liquidity floor rather than going directly to creators. • Sell fees are directed to the treasury, helping finance buyer bonuses and ecosystem incentives. • Creators can initially retain their payouts, but must eventually make a permanent transition to holder-directed payouts. The result is a system that gradually shifts more of the economic benefits toward the community instead of concentrating them around creators. 2. A Different Experience for Buyers On many traditional launchpads, buyers face trading taxes and potential losses caused by early selling activity or sniper bots. Rebate Pad introduces an additional incentive on the buying side. • Each buy can generate bonus tokens ranging from 2% to 9%. • Buyers receive at least a 1% bonus according to the stated mechanism. • These additional tokens are funded through the treasury rather than expanding the token supply. Instead of making buyers depend entirely on price appreciation, the model introduces an immediate participation incentive. 3. Holding Becomes More Rewarding Over Time This is arguably one of the more interesting parts of Rebate Pad. Traditional launchpads rarely provide consistent revenue-sharing benefits to ordinary holders. Some projects introduce additional token emissions to distribute rewards, potentially putting pressure on existing holders. Rebate Pad takes another route: • Holders automatically receive a proportional share of trading revenue in assets such as USDG or ETH. • No staking is required. • Rewards are distributed automatically without manual claims. • The holding multiplier can progress from 1x to 1.5x after three days and 2x after seven days. In other words, holding time becomes part of the reward calculation. The objective is to distribute value generated by actual trading activity rather than relying on additional token issuance to fund holder incentives. 4. The Bigger Economic Difference Looking at the two models side by side reveals a clear difference in priorities. Traditional launchpads generally emphasize creator earnings through trading fees. Rebate Pad puts greater emphasis on buyer incentives, holder participation, token burns, and treasury-funded rewards. Its fee structure is designed to make the community an important beneficiary of the platform's economic activity. Another notable aspect is that the core economic rules are locked at launch, limiting the ability to change those rules afterward. My Take What makes @RebateLaunch interesting isn't simply the bonus percentage or automatic payouts. It's the attempt to redesign how value moves through a launchpad. Creators still have a role, but buyers and long-term holders become much more central to the economic model. Whether this approach proves more sustainable will ultimately depend on trading activity, treasury management, liquidity, and long-term execution. But the underlying idea is worth watching: A launchpad shouldn't just help projects launch. It should also create meaningful reasons for people to buy, participate, and hold. That's the direction Rebate Pad is trying to take.
