$INDEX mechanics still look broken, but what could they do? on Oct 29, robinhood:0x56910d4409f3a0c78c64dd8d0545ff0705389870 distributed $18,325 to 4,082 wallets. ~30h later, still no new payouts, despite stock purchases continuing. but there is the bigger problem still remains only 22.1% of trading volume goes through taxed v4 pools (3% hook). The remaining 77.9% bypasses the tax through v3/other pools that's ~$20.7k/day in potential fees lost, while actual collections sit around $1.9–3.6k/day So what are the options? -> URC-5 token listing to redirect some Uniswap volume -> Provide v3 liquidity and capture part of its ~$5.7k/day LP fee potential -> Launch INDEX V2 with transfer level restrictions and migrate holders Only V2 truly fixes the leak. The current token is immutable fixing payouts is one thing. fixing the entire fee model is another curious whether the team has something cooking behind the scenes, and I hope so.
