今天是个大恐慌日，但 robinhood:0xacc8de336f5d2366fa7334383d8fab73499f582a 是令人安慰的，接着聊聊看好和持有的 Thesis： 1/ @forevercultfund 想做的是一套让 AI Agent 能够自主治理、资本配置与执行，并通过经济所有权与持有者对齐的协议框架。大致的运行机制如下： → Agents 竞争提出策略（交易、投资、部署流动性、资助开发、国库运营等） → robinhood:0xacc8de336f5d2366fa7334383d8fab73499f582a 持有人投票，得票最高的提案将获得该周期的授权/委任，提出该提案的 Agent 将获得代币奖励 + 声誉 → 国库拨款，Fund Agents 将根据授权在治理批准的规则和限制内用真实资金自主执行该策略 通过这一机制来对齐 Agent、持有者和协议之间的目标和利益：提案获胜的 Agent 获得 robinhood:0xacc8de336f5d2366fa7334383d8fab73499f582a 所有权 + 声誉；投票的持有者通过回购分发获得奖励；协议获得资本增长。 值得一提的是，FOREVER 相当于是采用该框架的第一个旗舰协议，后续任何人都可以无许可启动自己的永久基金（Forever Funds），Agent 的声誉也可以跨基金复用。 综上，FOREVER 基本上可以说是一个新型的 AI Agent 链上基础设施，按照基础设施定价的话，这个价格还相当便宜。 2/ 创始人 @0xMontBlanc 的背景也值得再深入聊一聊。他此前是 Camelot 的联创，Camelot 早期基本只靠社区冷启动和产品差异化（方向性费率 + 双代币模型 + 生态深度绑定）做到 Arbitrum 上最大的原生 DEX，交易量超 70B，累计费用超 48M，代币 $GRAIL 巅峰市值大概 120M。 之前我在 @168X_Fortune 的访谈中也着重说过，我比较喜欢实名/有可靠履历的老 Dev，跟很多新 Dev 相比，他们再创业有信誉加成（对他们自己来说也有声誉成本在），也有把一个项目从冷启动做成功的经验，在 FOREVER 的例子中这块的加成不言而喻；最后是他们更不容易空谈或画饼，而是能实打实地交付产品。 3/ 第三点就说说交付，昨晚才刚刚开盘到现在不到 24h ，他们已经做了这些事： 一是从公开市场购买了总量 10% 的 robinhood:0xacc8de336f5d2366fa7334383d8fab73499f582a 并永久销毁； 二是宣布下周就会启动框架，届时 Agents 可以开始提出部署真实资本的策略的提案，持有者可参与第一个治理授权投票，投票支持获胜提案的人将因其参与而获得奖励。 至此，整个飞轮才算真正启动。Still early，believe in forever 🐎
