Good morning fam. How the 3% Tax Keeps Rebate Pad’s Treasury Loop Running. The 3% tax is a sell-side fee paid in the token itself that refills the locked treasury on the @RebateLaunch Pad Built on Robinhood chain. When someone sells, 3% of the tokens they sell are taken and sent straight back into the treasury (the post’s graphic also notes an additional 0.3% fee on sells). That same treasury is the only source of the 3% bonus given to every buyer. Because the bonus is paid from a pre-locked pool and the tax returns tokens to it, the treasury is designed as a loop rather than a one-way drain. Adding liquidity also contributes: anyone who adds tokens to a pool pays 3% of those tokens into the treasury. The net result claimed in the thread is that a round-trip (buy then sell the same amount) leaves the treasury larger, since the sell tax returns tokens while the buy bonus has already been covered from the existing locked supply. No new tokens are minted, everything stays within the fixed 1B supply. The contract is described as having no withdrawal function for the treasury. $REBATE
